I was very fortunate to be born into a very supportive and entrepreneurial family which has enabled me to develop into an experienced and grounded CEO and Leader with a passion for creating a workplace in which people can develop and thrive during their time with us.

I have strong commercial, financial and operational skills and experience from working in various sectors (Professional services, financial services, oil & gas, hospitality) prior to seeing the light and joining Ridgeview, my family’s pioneering English Sparkling Wine business in 2004.

I am a creative thinker and love breaking boundaries and doing things differently. I enjoy creating plans and equally enjoy tearing them up and starting again on the back of new ideas or external influences.
