As Sales Development Manager at Tao Group Hospitality, Amy oversees the group and events team across their five London restaurants, developing and implementing the sales strategy. Prior to this role, Amy started out in hospitality with D&D London as Reception and Reservations Manager at Le Pont de La Tour before opening South Place Hotel. After success in leading the front of house reception and reservation operation, Amy joined Hakkasan Group (now Tao Group Hospitality) as Reception Manager at Hakkasan Hanway Place. Using the wealth of knowledge procured from operations, Amy then went on to join the team at Hakkasan Mayfair, growing the events business. Amy is passionate in recognising trends in the market and implementing tactics to ensure Tao Group Hospitality remains an industry leader.
