Adam has over 10 years of experience in HR management and leadership and a proven track record of creating and leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing inclusive culture change programmes, growing talent and building business-wide people capability. Adam spent the beginning part of his career in retail, where he spent many years with Tesco finding his true passion for the people function. Adam moved to hospitality in 2018 joining Greene King as Head of Employee Relations, giving him an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and experience of the real-life challenges teams face across the industry. In 2020, Adam moved into the role of HR Director, for Greene King’s Premium, Urban and Venture brands division, where he led People Teams across four distinct and individually operating hospitality businesses. In 2023, Adam joined the executive board at Nightcap where he is responsible for the people strategy across the group.
