Ksenia started her career in hospitality seven years ago, organising events for Russian-speaking students in the UK.

Now, she is the co-founder of inhype.events and hosting events across the UK bringing the most famous singers from Russian-speaking countries.
She also recently joined smarthostuk giving her access to more than 100 luxury apartments in central London for letting and sales.
