Ben brings 30+ years of hospitality industry experience to the table and has worked as a chef, f&b director, operations manager for companies such as Hyatt, Selfridges, Goldman Sachs, Royal Lancaster, Harrods and Tottenham Hotspur’s and now runs Ben Purton Consultancy helping businesses to be the very best they can be.

Passionate about great food, perfect service and looking after all that he works with, Ben actively grows and develops new talent and loves giving back to the industry that has given him so much and is also an active member of many associations including the Institute of Hospitality, Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Chaine des Rotisseurs where Ben runs the UK Young Chef Competition, Fair Kitchens and The Chefs Forum.
