Lucy Beckwith

Investor and Consultant

Lucy Beckwith, raised in a business-savvy family, was immersed in entrepreneurship from a young age. Her parents, Gary and Rita Beckwith, founded City Cruises, revolutionising hospitality on the River Thames. Lucy’s business education began early, transitioning from sweeping floors to holding shares and making key decisions.

Venturing beyond City Cruises, Lucy became a dynamic force in hospitality and beyond. She founded numerous ventures including Burger & Bubbles, a unique dining destination, and Stardust LDN, an immersive winter festival. During the pandemic, she launched Celestial Cinema, a drive-in and pop-up cinema concept that also brought the experience to homes.

Lucy has also played significant roles in various organisations: as Chair of Beckenham Together, a Business Improvement District; as a board member of Hospitality Titans; and as the founder of Dream Valley, a hit dance festival. Her company, City Group, offers comprehensive event management services.

Furthering her impact, Lucy founded Tiny Trends, an online kids’ fashion marketplace, and leads new business development at Knightox, a membership for young professionals. Lastly, as Director of CGH, she provides top-tier hospitality consultancy.

Lucy Beckwith is a true trailblazer, continuously shaping the future of hospitality and entrepreneurship in the UK.
