Raffaele is an entrepreneur and serial investor. In 2019 he co-founded @scalapay, a company that reached the status of unicorn (ie. over $1 billion valuation) in less than 3 years after its setup.
During his tenure as Co-Founder, he raised more than $600 million in capital and grew the team to more than 200 people achieving dominant positions in the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) market across Europe.
Previously, Raffaele worked at major investment banks in London, including Goldman Sachs and Barclays.
