She started the business after a terrible customer experience of not being able to return a faulty product having lost the paper receipt and has since grown the proposition to solve one of the biggest challenges retailers face, accessing a single view of the customer.
In March 2022, she closed a VC-backed pre-seed round of £750k, has grown the team to 6 and is experiencing great traction with major leaders in the space.
